Notes that apply to this cabin

To Keep the rates down this cabin can be rented by 2 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level available and just the lower level of the cabin prepared for guests. The upper level is then locked and not prepared.

The cabin can be rented by 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available.  

You will NOT be sharing the cabin with anybody else but when the cabin is rented by smaller parties the other bedrooms and bathrooms are locked off and not prepared for guests to reduce costs and keep rates down.

NO SMOKING.

If the pool is open a $250 security deposit required.

Pool deposit is due 14 days before check in. If paid less than 14 days prior to check it must be payable by money order. It is refundable within 7 days of departure providing no damage to the pool.  The pool is provided for swimming and relaxing, not for games and rough play. Note we have never yet had to withhold a pool deposit.
