Why Book one of the Cabins?


I do not add on any hidden extra’s cleaning fee’s, booking fee’s, expensive insurance or make you sign complex legal agreements that make you concerned your whole stay that you will be charged for something. 

No security deposit is charged on the cabin, if you break something we simply ask you notify us so we can replace it.

I request a security deposit for pets and the pool these are both refundable if no damage is done and everything is left clean. 

I do reserve the right to request a security deposit if we have any concerns about a booking but we have only done that 3 times in the last few years for larger parties. 

I have a duty manager on call throughout your stay who can respond quickly and deal with the majority of maintenance issues quickly if any arise, you have the security of knowing that this is available if needed and that we also have alternative cabins to offer if necessary.

Guests like the security of knowing that someone local is on call if they have questions or want local advice as well.

Equally we try to never disturb any guests during their stay.  We want you to arrive and feel that the cabin is your own during your stay without interruptions.

I have full time maintenance staff so the cabins are maintained, repaired and kept in good order on a weekly basis so that breakdowns are minimal during your stay.

Most of the cabins have No keys they cause stress and that is not what the mountain is about!!  If you have keys you lose them and you have to check in at offices or meet people to collect them!! So we have coded locks on the cabin doors we send you the code for the cabin that will be set for your stay via email the week before you check in, you arrive at a time that suits you at a leisurely pace without worrying you have to collect keys in office hours or at set times.

I offer early/late check in/out if available.

Linens and Towels by arrangement for a small fee.





Rental Policy

Occasionally appliances and equipment, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc… can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other “Acts of God” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. Some cabins need Four Wheel Drive if you do not have one we can provide one for use on the mountain by prior arrangement with safe parking on private property for your car.







Refund Policy

Cancellation from time of booking until 6 weeks prior to arrival 50% of balance.

Cancellation after the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival No Refunds only rescheduling to other available dates.

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival No rescheduling, unless on medical grounds not covered by insurance. Then rescheduling considered.

Rebooking/Administration fee of $100 for all date changes and cancellations.

No refunds for early departure or mechanical failures of any equipment. 

The management reserves the right to offer an alternative accommodation if necessary or reschedule in the event of any mechanical failure.

No refunds will be made in the event a person is required to vacate the premises because of disruptive conduct or failure to follow our rental guidelines and policies. 

In the event of bad weather that prevents you reaching the cabin rescheduling permitted.

A legal contract can be provided if guests prefer to proceed that way.
